Lighting Retrofitting Overview

Our Lighting Retrofitting Department will start a project with an on-site walk through and evaluate lighting fixtures that need to be replaced or retrofitted. We will then generate an estimate that will include the following:

• Proposed fixture type or ballast replacement
• Estimated PNM rebate (the dollar value PNM will pay for the project)
• Total payment (total project cost minus PNM rebate)
• Estimated payback (yrs)
