At nearly four years, The Banque Lofts has undergone a dramatic restoration.
The initial 2 years of the project was dedicated to redevelop the building infrastructure. The focus: to bring Albuquerque’s first high rise to meet and exceed typical high rise construction features found in new buildings today, while maintaining the original exterior esthetics. From heating and air handling systems, to electrical and fire protection, nearly everything you would expect from a modern living facility has been accounted for at The Banque Lofts. Designed as a multi-use project, The Banque is home to both residential and commercial tenants.
